Cork and Lobster is a small plates restaurant and wine bar at Southbourne Crossroads, adopting the Mediterranean ethos of eating with small plates and platters, serving up big flavours from all around the world, with a mix of classic and slightly more unusual dishes for the more adventurous diner. Born from the couple behind Roots, Southbourne, we wanted to create a casual dining experience where people can get together and enjoy good food and wine in a more relaxed way without compromising on cooking or service. In addition to our small plates and platters, Speciality evenings are hosted throughout the week, Thursdays - Beef Wellington, Fridays - Lobster Thermidor, Saturday - Surf and Turf and Sunday - Roast, or simply pop in for a cocktail or two.
